Set Lists are lists of projects you can navigate during performance by using the Load Project action. Typically, you will use buttons or MIDI Bindings to trigger Load Project actions.

To create a set list:

  • Open the Loopy Pro browser by tapping the folder icon at the screen's upper left.
  • Tap on Projects to see the project browser
  • Tap on Set Lists
  • Tap Create Set List
  • Add projects by tapping Add Project

Navigating the set list is done using the Load Project action. The Load Project action can be used anywhere that actions can be used. Most typically, you will use buttons or MIDI Bindings to navigate.

Using Set List

In order to use a set list, you need to make use of the Load Project action. Load Project is an impulse action and is typically used in button widgets, stepped dials, radio buttons and MIDI Bindings.

To add Load Project to a widget:

  • Add the widget to Loopy Pro's canvas.
  • Tap on the widget to bring up its editor.
  • Tap to add an action.
  • Select the Load Project action and set its options.

To trigger Load Project from a MIDI Binding

  • Choose Control Setting from Loopy Pro's main menu.
  • Navigate to the profile to which you want to add the binding. If you want the action to be available from any project, add it to a Global Profile.
  • Tap Add New Binding.
  • Select the Load Project action and set its options.
  • Tap Save to save the binding.
  • Edit the Trigger section to set up the MIDI trigger you want to use OR send MIDI from your MIDI controller to learn the trigger.
