Example of how to set up tap (ON), double-tap, and hold bindings without needing to use the defer action option.
This is a demonstration of the techniques described in the MIDI bindings tech note. The double-tap and hold bindings start with actions that undo the tap action. All the actions (including those in the On binding) have the "Preempt Other Actions" option turned OFF.
